Physical Education
The Soccer Academy program is the duration of a semester. Students will be obtaining a Sports Performance mark for the soccer component (5 credits) and also a physical education mark (5 credits). Throughout the semester students will be exposed to a variety of physical education components and activities.
The Physical Education program at Catholic Central is designed to enable the students to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to lead an active, healthy lifestyle. The PE program is based on the following four general outcomes:

- Wall Climbing & Aquatics
- Yoga, Dance & Aerobics

- A variety of recreation games & activities
